Camarillo, California, January 5, 2015 - Zzyzx Café announced it will close its doors for business on January 26, 2015. The lease of its current location at 33 North Lewis Road in Camarillo was up for renewal, and the owners made the business decision not to renew its lease in order to pursue other business opportunities.

"Deciding to not renew our lease was an extremely difficult business decision for us, especially after being here for five years," said Zzyzx Café owner, Brian Fry. "The end of our lease allows us to explore other business opportunities. This includes looking for a different location that provides more convenient parking and access to our customers, as well as exploring other restaurant concepts we may be able to offer later in 2015 or early 2016."

"It has been a pleasure and honor to meet and serve so many great customers over the years. We truly appreciate all of the employees, customers and supporters who have made Zzyzx Café what it is," added Fry.

Locally owned and operated, Zzyzx Café has created a name for itself in Camarillo by putting a fresh and distinct twist on favorite breakfast and lunch dishes. It will continue to remain open at its current location from 7:00 a.m.to 2:30 p.m. daily until January 26, 2015.
